Tour to Machu Picchu 2 days in Peru Sites, The first day, enjoy your trip by panoramic train and contemplate the wonderful landscapes of the sacred valley. The next day very early, take the bus to the sacred city to enjoy the sunrise and then your excursion to Machu Picchu.

Day 1:
- 10:00 a.m. Pick up from your hotel in Cusco and transfer to Ollantaytambo train station (car trip of 1 hour and 30 minutes).
- 12:30 PM. Trip to Machu Picchu by train from Ollantaytambo to Aguas Calientes (2 hours).
- Pick up from the train station in Machu Picchu and transfer to the hotel.
- Free day (Optional: Visit the thermal baths).
- At night, you will have an informative meeting with your guide to visit Machu Picchu.
- Hotel night in Aguas Calientes
Day 2:
- AM breakfast at the hotel.
- 5:30 AM Ascent by bus to Machu Picchu.
- 6:00 AM Sunrise view of Machu Picchu.
- Excursion to Machu Picchu ( 2 hours and 30 min).
- Free time in Machu Picchu (Optional climb the mountain Huayna Picchu or Machu Picchu).
- At appropriate time we take the bus down to Aguas Calientes town.
- In the afternoon return by train from Aguas Calientes – Ollantaytambo and then private transport by car to Cusco.
- The tour ends in Cusco at 9:00 PM approximately, with transfer to your hotel.
Day 01: Cusco – Ollantaytambo – Aguas Calientes
Your tour to Machu Picchu from Cusco begins with your pick up and transfer from your hotel in Cusco to the train station in Ollantaytambo. Before arriving at the train station, we will make a short stop at the viewpoint of the Sacred Valley of the Incas, where you can contemplate beautiful panoramic views of the place. Arriving at the Ollantaytambo station. Enjoy a trip to Machu Picchu by panoramic train, this train is perfect to contemplate the wonderful landscapes and take the best pictures of a route without equal, arriving at the town of Machu Picchu “Aguas Calientes”, your transfer will be waiting for you to take it to your Hotel.
In the afternoon you have free time to get to know the town of Aguas Calientes and relax in the thermal baths, which is 10 minutes away on foot.
At night your guide will visit you at your hotel where he will give you details for the tour the next day.
Day 02: Tour to Machu Picchu – Ollantaytambo – Cusco.
On this day very early after a buffet breakfast at your hotel, your tour guide will pick you up to take the first bus to the citadel of Machu Picchu and be one of the first to contemplate the sunrise. Then, you will enjoy a private guided tour for more than 2 hours, visiting the main precincts of the Inca city, such as the Main Square, the Circular Tower, the Intiwatana, the Royal Quarter, the Temple of the Three Windows, etc. Once your tour is completed, you will have free time for about 04 hours to visit Machu Picchu on your own, you can walk to the “Sun Gate” or the Inca Bridge.
After completing your incredible experience, you can get off by bus to the village of “Aguas Calientes” and have lunch. In the afternoon, you will board your train back to Ollantaytambo where our transport will be waiting for you to take you back to your hotel in Cusco.

- To climb Huayna Picchu or Machu Picchu mountain, there is a limit of spaces per day, we recommend to request the ticket in advance.
- Once the tickets for the mountains are exhausted, there are not option to get a new ticket.
- The cost to climb Huaynapicchu or Machu Picchu mountain is $ 25.00 USD per person, it must be increased to the total cost of the tour package.
