Tour Cusco and Machu Picchu 6 days

Day 01: Reception In Cusco – Excursion (City Tour).

A.M. Reception at the airport and transfer to hotel in Cusco, where an aromatic coca-leaf tea for the height of the city will be served, and then you can relax and have lunch before the tour of the city.

2:00 PM City Tour: We will visit the Temple of the Sun or Koricancha, also visit the nearby ruins 04 city, the Fortress of Sacsayhuaman, Kenko, Puca Pucara, finally “Los Baños del Inca” Tambomachay 6:30 PM Transfer to the hotel.

Day 02: Cusco – Sacred Valley Of The Incas – Aguas Calientes.

On this day, we will tour the Sacred Valley of the Incas and we will start at 08:30 a.m, picking you up from the hotel to head to the town of Pisaq where you might appreciate the craft market, then the archaeological center of Pisaq, the great agricultural center of the Incas. Afterwards, we will go to Urubamba where we’ll have a buffet lunch. Then, we will go to the Fortress of Ollantaytambo, famous village that was one of the last places of resistance from the Spanish domination. After the tour, your guide will accompany you to the station to board your train leaving at 04:00 p.m. From Ollantaytambo to the town of Machu Picchu “Aguas Calientes”, during the route you will be able to enjoy the wonderful landscapes and take the best pictures of a route without equal.

In the evening, you will receive an informative talk with your guide.

Day 03: Machu Picchu Full Day Tour – Cusco

This day very early after your breakfast in the hotel, at 05:30 a.m., you will get on the first bus with your guide to the citadel of Machu Picchu and be the first to arrive and be able to contemplate the majestic sunrise. Then, you will enjoy a private guided tour for more than 2 hours, visiting the main precincts of the Inca city such as the Main Square, the Circular Tower, the Intiwatana, the Royal Quarters, the Temple of the Three Windows, etc. Once the tour completed, you will be able to visit the citadel on your own, you can do the walk at the Sun Gate or the optional Inca Bridge (climb the Mountain of Huayna Picchu or Machu Picchu Mountain).

After completing your incredible experience, you can get off by bus to the village of “Aguas Calientes” and have lunch. In the afternoon you will board the return train to Ollantaytambo, where our transport will be waiting for you and take you to your hotel in Cusco. You will arrive to Cusco at approximately 08:30 p.m.

Day 04: Cusco Maras, Moray, Salt Mines

9:00 am – 2:30 pm visit tourist attractions in Moray (here you will contemplate the impressive circular terraces that served as agricultural experiment), Maras (colonial village) and the salt mines of Maras.
Free afternoon in Cusco, to make their last shopping or souvenirs, for the next day to return home

Day 05: Cusco South Zone

9:00 a.m. to 2:30 PM will visit the tourist attractions of Tipon (Water Temple), Pikillaqta (pre-Inca archaeological remains) and the Sixtine church of Andahuaylillas.
Free afternoon in Cusco, you will have the opportunity to visit museums located in the city center and will be also visit the Qosqo center of native art, to see presentations of typical dances of Cusco

Day 06: Cusco – Return To Lima

AM breakfast at the hotel.

At the appropriate time, pick-up from the hotel and transfer to the airport to take our flight back to Lima.
