Afterwards, you will fly to Cusco, the former capital of the Inca Empire, where you will visit its temples and archaeological complexes before heading into the Sacred Valley on the way to the majestic citadel of Machu Picchu. The adventure continues with two of the most impressive Andean landscapes: the Rainbow Mountain by ATV and the spectacular Humantay Lake. Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Welcome to Lima – Afternoon City Tour
In the afternoon, we will begin the Lima City Tour, as Lima is known as the “City of Kings.” You will visit the main highlights of the Historic Center, appreciating its colonial and republican architecture. During the tour, you will visit the Main Square and observe from the outside the Government Palace, the Lima Cathedral, and other important monuments. Afterwards, we will continue to the modern area of the city, visiting Miraflores, where you will enjoy beautiful views of the Pacific Ocean.

Day 2: Lima – Ballestas Islands – Huacachina – Lima
Very early in the morning, you will be picked up from your hotel in Lima to begin the journey to Paracas Bay, traveling along the Pacific coast until reaching the pier. From there, you will board a speedboat to the Ballestas Islands, where you will observe the rich marine wildlife up close, including guano birds, sea lions, Humboldt penguins, and rock formations shaped by the sea. After the boat tour, you will return to Paracas to continue the journey by road to the city of Ica.
In Ica, you will visit a traditional vineyard, where you will learn about the wine and pisco production process, enjoy a tasting of some of its products, and have lunch. Afterwards, you will head to the Huacachina oasis, a unique landscape surrounded by towering sand dunes, where you will enjoy an exciting buggy ride and try sandboarding, sliding down the dunes. At the end of the adventure, you will return to the city of Lima, arriving in the evening.

Day 3: Flight Lima – Cusco – Cusco City Tour (Afternoon)
Upon arrival at Lima International Airport, you will take your connecting flight to the city of Cusco, enjoying your first aerial views of the Peruvian Andes during an approximately 1 hour and 35-minute flight. Upon arriving in Cusco in the morning, our staff will be waiting for you at the airport to provide a comfortable transfer to your hotel, where you will have a short time to settle in and acclimate to the Imperial City.
In the afternoon, around 1:00 p.m., you will begin the Cusco City Tour. We will start by visiting the impressive Temple of the Sun, or Qoricancha, the former Inca ceremonial center upon which the Santo Domingo Convent was built. We will then continue by transportation to the main archaeological sites surrounding the city: the majestic Sacsayhuamán Fortress, the ritual center of Qenqo, the control fortress of Puca Pucara, and the terraces and fountains of Tambomachay, known as the Inca Baths. At the end of the tour, around 6:00 p.m., you will be transferred back to your hotel.

Day 4: Cusco – Super Sacred Valley – Aguas Calientes (Machu Picchu Town)
We will start the day by picking you up from your hotel and heading to the impressive Sacred Valley of the Incas. Our first stop will be Chinchero, a charming Andean town where you will have the opportunity to visit a traditional textile workshop and admire its ancient Inca ruins. We will then continue to Moray, an extraordinary Inca agricultural laboratory made up of circular terraces that recreate different microclimates, followed by a visit to the Maras Salt Mines, a complex of thousands of salt ponds forming one of the most fascinating landscapes in the valley.
The tour will continue to Urubamba, where you will enjoy lunch before heading to the impressive fortress of Ollantaytambo. There, we will explore its archaeological complex, still-inhabited Inca streets, and construction sectors that highlight its strategic and ceremonial importance. At the end of the tour, you will board the train to the town of Machu Picchu (Aguas Calientes), where our staff will welcome you and escort you to your hotel.

Day 5: Aguas Calientes – Machu Picchu – Cusco
After breakfast at the hotel, you will take a tourist bus to the impressive citadel of Machu Picchu, enjoying a pleasant ride through spectacular mountain scenery. Once at the Machu Picchu Llaqta, you will begin a guided tour of approximately three hours, during which you will explore the most important areas of the sanctuary, including its temples, ceremonial enclosures, terraces, and viewpoints, according to the schedule and circuit indicated on your entrance ticket.
For those who wish to enjoy an even more complete experience, there is an optional hike to Huayna Picchu Mountain, which requires a prior reservation and has an additional cost per person. At the end of the visit, you will take the bus back down to the town of Aguas Calientes. Later, you will board the return train to Ollantaytambo, where our staff will be waiting to continue the journey by road to your hotel in the city of Cusco.

Day 6: Cusco – Rainbow Mountain – Cusco
Very early in the morning, you will be picked up from your hotel to begin the journey south of Cusco. Our first stop will be in Cusipata, where you will enjoy an Andean breakfast. We will then continue toward the Pitumarca area, the starting point of the ATV adventure, from where we will ascend through impressive high-Andean landscapes to reach the Rainbow Mountain viewpoint. There, you will have time to admire the scenery and take photographs.
Afterwards, we will begin the descent by ATV back to the base and resume our transportation to Cusipata, where a buffet lunch will be served. Finally, we will return to the city of Cusco, arriving in the afternoon.

Day 7: Cusco – Humantay Lake – Cusco
Very early in the morning, you will be picked up from your hotel to begin the excursion to the impressive Humantay Lake. After a journey surrounded by Andean landscapes, we will start the hike to reach the lake, where you will have enough time to enjoy the spectacular views of its turquoise waters and the snow-capped peaks of Salkantay and Humantay, located at over 4,850 meters above sea level.
At the site, our guide will give a demonstration of the traditional use of coca leaves and a small offering to the Apus, or sacred mountains, in which you may also participate if you wish. After this special moment and some free time for photos and rest, we will begin the return to the city, arriving back in Cusco in the afternoon.

Day 8: Cusco – Return Flight to Lima
After breakfast at your hotel in Cusco, our staff will pick you up and transfer you on time to the airport, assisting you with the necessary procedures prior to your flight to the city of Lima.
