This 6-day tour covers the main tourist destinations in southern Peru. It begins in Cusco with a city tour and visits to nearby archaeological sites. It continues through the Sacred Valley, visiting Pisac and Ollantaytambo before arriving at Machu Picchu, where you will enjoy a full guided tour of the Inca citadel. Afterwards, you will return to Cusco to travel to Puno by tourist bus, making stops at colonial temples and archaeological sites such as Raqchi. Finally, you will explore Lake Titicaca, sailing to the Floating Islands of the Uros and Taquile Island before returning to Lima.

Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Lima – Cusco City Tour
We begin by welcoming you at the airport of the city of Cusco. Upon your arrival, our staff will be waiting to assist you and transfer you to your hotel, where you will have time to rest and gently acclimatize to the altitude.
In the afternoon, you will start a journey through the living history of Cusco by visiting the Qoricancha Temple, the former Inca religious center dedicated to the worship of the Sun. You will then continue to the impressive archaeological complexes of Sacsayhuamán, Q’enqo, Puka Pukara and Tambomachay, located in the hills surrounding the city, from where you can also enjoy beautiful panoramic views.
At the end of the tour, transfer back to your hotel.

Day 2: Sacred Valley of the Incas – Aguas Calientes
In the morning, you will be picked up from your hotel to begin the tour of the Sacred Valley. Our first stop will be the archaeological site of Pisac, after which we will continue to the Pisac market, where you will find handicrafts and local products. We will then continue our journey and make a stop in Urubamba to enjoy a buffet lunch.
In the afternoon, you will visit Ollantaytambo, where you will explore the Inca fortress and its system of terraces. From the Ollantaytambo train station, you will take the train to Aguas Calientes (approximately 2 hours).
Overnight in Aguas Calientes.
Day 3: Machu Picchu – Cusco
After breakfast, your guide will accompany you to the bus station to board the transport heading to the Inca citadel of Machu Picchu. The bus ride takes approximately 30 minutes.
Upon arrival, you will begin a guided tour according to the circuit assigned on your entrance ticket, visiting the main sectors of Machu Picchu, such as panoramic viewpoints, the agricultural area with terraces, the Main Square, and the religious sector, where important ceremonial and royal enclosures are located. At the end of the guided tour, you will have free time to take photos and continue exploring on your own within the allowed visiting time.
In the afternoon, you will take the bus back down to the town of Aguas Calientes to head to the train station and board the train back to Ollantaytambo. Upon arrival, private transport will take you back to the city of Cusco.

Day 4: Cusco – Puno by Tourist Bus
After breakfast, we will begin the journey to Puno with stops at:
- Andahuaylillas: visit the church known as the “Sistine Chapel of the Americas”
- Raqchi: archaeological complex with the Temple of Wiracocha
- La Raya: highest point of the route (4,335 meters / 14,222 ft)
- Pukara: lithic museum with artifacts from the Pukara culture
Buffet lunch included in Sicuani. Arrival in Puno in the afternoon.
Overnight in Puno.
Day 5: Lake Titicaca: Uros and Taquile Islands
After breakfast, we will pick you up to go to the port. You will sail on Lake Titicaca to the Floating Islands of the Uros, where you will learn how this community lives on islands made of totora reeds.
You will continue to Taquile Island, known for its textiles and traditions. Lunch is included on the island. You will have time to walk around the village and enjoy the lake views.
Return to Puno in the afternoon.

Day 6: Transfer to Juliaca Airport – Lima
After breakfast, transfer to Juliaca Airport (1 hour from Puno) to take your flight to Lima.
