Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Welcome to Lima
Upon your arrival at Jorge Chávez International Airport, our staff will welcome you and comfortably transfer you to your hotel in Lima, according to the established program. You will have time to rest and settle in before beginning your adventure through Peru.
This first day is perfect for relaxing and getting ready for the experiences that await you over the next days of the tour.

Day 2: Ballestas Islands and Huacachina
Early departure to Paracas. Boat tour around the Ballestas Islands to observe sea lions, Humboldt penguins, and seabirds. Along the way, you will see the Candelabra, a geoglyph traced in the sand.
Continue to Ica to visit a traditional vineyard with a tasting of pisco and local wines. Lunch included.
In the afternoon, visit the Huacachina Oasis. Enjoy a buggy ride through the dunes with the option to go sandboarding. Return to Lima.

Day 3: Lima – Cusco (Flight Included) – Cusco City Tour
After breakfast at your hotel in Lima, transfer to the airport to take the Lima – Cusco flight. Upon arrival, reception and transfer to the hotel for check-in and a short rest.
In the afternoon, we will enjoy a Cusco City Tour, where we will visit the Main Square, the Cathedral, Qoricancha (Temple of the Sun), and explore the traditional streets of the Historic Center. You will also have time to visit the local market and enjoy the city’s Andean atmosphere.

Day 4: Machu Picchu – Cusco
Very early in the morning, pick-up from your hotel in Cusco and transfer by tourist transportation to the train station in Ollantaytambo to begin the journey to Aguas Calientes, the town located at the foot of Machu Picchu.
Upon arrival, we will board the tourist bus for an approximately 30-minute ride to the entrance of the citadel. There, the guided tour of Machu Picchu will begin according to the assigned circuit, where you will discover the main areas of this Wonder of the World, including temples, terraces, plazas, and natural viewpoints.
At the end of the tour, we will descend by bus to Aguas Calientes, where you will have free time for lunch and to explore the town.
In the afternoon, we will board the return train to Ollantaytambo, and then continue by tourist transportation back to Cusco.

Day 5: Rainbow Mountain ATV
Very early in the morning, pick-up from your hotel in Cusco and departure by tourist transportation to the town of Cusipata, where we will enjoy a delicious breakfast. Then, we will continue to the ATV base, where you will receive a brief instruction before starting this exciting adventure through the Andean landscapes.
We will drive the ATVs for approximately 30 minutes along roads surrounded by mountains until we reach the closest point to Rainbow Mountain (Vinicunca). From there, we will take a short hike to the main viewpoint to enjoy this incredible natural landscape and take photos.
After the visit, we will return by ATV to the base and head back to Cusipata to enjoy a traditional lunch.
In the afternoon, return by tourist transportation to Cusco, arriving approximately at the end of the day.

Day 6: Humantay Lake
Very early in the morning, pick-up from your hotel in Cusco and departure by tourist transportation to the town of Mollepata, where we will enjoy a delicious Andean breakfast. Then, we will continue to Soraypampa, the starting point of the hike.
From there, we will take a guided hike of approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes until we reach the stunning Humantay Lake, famous for its turquoise waters and mountainous surroundings. We will have time to enjoy the landscape, take photos, and listen to the guide’s explanation.
After the visit, we will descend to Soraypampa and return by transportation to Mollepata to enjoy a buffet lunch.
In the afternoon, return to Cusco, arriving approximately at the end of the day.

Day 7: Route of the Sun: Cusco – Puno
Very early in the morning, pick-up from your hotel in Cusco and transfer to the terminal to board the tourist bus to Puno along the famous Route of the Sun, one of the most scenic routes in southern Peru.
During the journey, we will make guided stops at important cultural and archaeological sites, such as:

Andahuaylillas, known as the “Sistine Chapel of the Americas.”

Raqchi, an impressive temple dedicated to the god Wiracocha.

La Raya, the highest point of the trip, perfect for taking photos.

Pucará Museum, where we will learn about the pre-Inca culture.

Day 8: Lake Titicaca
Very early in the morning, pick-up from your hotel in Puno and transfer to the port to board a tourist boat on Lake Titicaca, the highest navigable lake in the world.
Our first visit will be to the Floating Islands of the Uros, where we will learn how these communities build their islands with totora reeds and keep their ancestral traditions alive. Then, we will continue to Taquile Island, famous for its handmade textiles and impressive panoramic views of the lake. Here, we will take a light walk through the village and enjoy a traditional lunch.
In the afternoon, we will return by boat to Puno, arriving approximately at the end of the day.

Day 9: Puno (Juliaca) – Lima (Domestic Flight Included)
At the scheduled time, pick-up from your hotel in Puno and transfer to the airport in Juliaca to board your domestic flight to Lima.
Upon arrival in Lima, you may connect with your international flight or continue with your next travel plans. This marks the end of our 9-day tour in Peru, filled with unforgettable experiences in Lima, Ica, Cusco, Machu Picchu, and Puno.
