Detailed Itinerary
Day 01: Arrival in Lima - Transfer to your hotel.
Upon your arrival at Lima International Airport, our staff will be waiting to provide a direct transfer to your hotel, where you can check in and rest before beginning your adventure the following day.

Day 02: Ballestas Islands and Huacachina Tour.
In the morning, departure is from the hotel to the Port of Paracas to board the boat that takes you to the Ballestas Islands, a rocky archipelago that is home to one of the richest marine wildlife colonies on the Peruvian coast. During the boat ride, you can closely observe sea lions, Humboldt penguins, dolphins, and a wide variety of seabirds such as pelicans and boobies in their natural habitat, all without going ashore in order to avoid disturbing the ecosystem. On the way to the islands, you can admire from the sea the mysterious figure of the Paracas Candelabra, a geoglyph carved into the slope of a coastal hill whose origin is still being studied.
In the afternoon, the tour continues to the Huacachina Oasis, a natural lagoon nestled among huge sand dunes that form one of the most unique landscapes in the country. There, you will enjoy an exciting high-speed buggy ride across the dunes and the experience of sandboarding, sliding down the sandy slopes before watching the sunset over the oasis. At the end of the tour, you will return to the hotel for the overnight stay.
Day 03: Ica – Nazca – Nazca Lines Overflight – Overnight bus to Arequipa.
In the morning, the tour begins from Ica toward the city of Nazca, with a stop along the way to visit Vista Alegre Winery or a local huaquería, where you can learn more about the ceramics and textiles of the Nazca culture. Upon arrival in Nazca, you will visit the María Reiche Observation Tower, from where it is possible to see some of the figures from land before the great aerial experience.
Next, you will be transferred to the Nazca airport to board a small aircraft for the flight over the mysterious Nazca Lines, enormous geoglyphs drawn in the desert more than 2,000 years ago, whose purpose and construction methods continue to fascinate researchers from around the world. During the flight, you will see figures such as the Hummingbird, the Monkey, the Spider, the Condor, and the Astronaut, among others, as the pilots point out each one.
After the flight, you will return to land and have time for lunch and a brief visit to downtown Nazca. In the evening, you will board the bus to Arequipa, traveling overnight to make the most of your time.

Day 04: Arequipa City Tour.
After the overnight bus journey from Nazca, you will arrive in Arequipa in the early morning hours to check in at the hotel and rest as needed before continuing with the day’s activities.
In the afternoon, the tour begins through the historic center of the White City, starting at the Main Square, surrounded by elegant arcades and the impressive Basilica Cathedral, built from sillar, the white volcanic stone that defines the city’s architectural identity.
Next, you will visit the Santa Catalina Monastery, an extensive complex of colorful streets, plazas, and chapels that functioned for centuries as an autonomous city within Arequipa itself and remains one of the most impressive sites in the country today.
The tour concludes at the Yanahuara Viewpoint, where you can enjoy a privileged panoramic view of the Misti Volcano and the city’s colonial skyline extending toward the valley. At the end of the tour, you will return to the hotel for dinner and overnight, recovering your energy for the excursion to the Colca Canyon the following day.

Day 05: Colca Canyon.
Early in the morning, the journey begins toward the Colca Canyon, one of the deepest canyons in the world, with a depth of more than 11,000 feet. Along the way, you will pass through picturesque villages and enjoy views of the impressive Misti, Chachani, and Ampato volcanoes.
The first stop is at the Volcanoes Viewpoint, located at more than 16,000 feet above sea level, where you can admire the high Andean landscape in all its splendor. Next, you will visit the pre-Hispanic terraces of Yanque and Maca, farming terraces built by the Collagua and Cabana cultures that are still in use today.
The highlight of the tour is the Cruz del Cóndor, the most famous viewpoint in the canyon, where it is possible to observe the majestic flight of the Andean condor from just a short distance away, as it takes advantage of the air currents rising from the depths of the canyon.
At the end of the day, you will return to your hotel in Chivay for the overnight stay.

Day 06: Chivay - Tourist bus trip to Puno.
In the morning, before departure, you will have the option to visit the La Calera hot springs in Chivay, medicinal waters of volcanic origin that are ideal for relaxing the body after the previous day’s activities.
Afterward, you will board the tourist bus to Puno, a journey that crosses the Peruvian high plateau at more than 12,500 feet above sea level, with open landscapes, rural communities, and a unique atmosphere that sets the stage for the Lake Titicaca experience.
Upon arrival in the city of Puno, you will be transferred to your hotel to check in and rest.

Day 07: Lake Titicaca - Puno hotel.
You will begin your tour with a boat ride across Lake Titicaca, known as the highest navigable lake in the world. You will visit the floating islands of the Uros, built from totora reeds, where you will learn about the way of life of their inhabitants.
The tour continues to Taquile Island, where you will explore its agricultural terraces and discover the community’s traditional textile practices. A traditional lunch is included. Afterward, you will return to Puno.

Day 08: Route of the Sun Puno - Cusco
The transfer from Puno to Cusco is made along the famous Route of the Sun, one of the most impressive scenic journeys in the country. Along the way, you will visit some of the archaeological and cultural treasures of the Peruvian highlands, beginning with the Chullpas of Sillustani, impressive pre-Inca funerary towers built on the shores of Lake Umayo.
Further along the route, you will visit the town of Raqchi, home to the remains of the Temple of Wiracocha, one of the largest Inca structures still standing today. The route then continues to La Raya Pass, the highest point of the journey at nearly 14,270 feet above sea level, where you can admire snow-capped mountains and uniquely beautiful landscapes.
Later, you will stop in the town of Andahuaylillas to visit its colonial church, known as the “Sistine Chapel of the Americas” for the richness of its mural paintings. At the end of the journey, you will arrive in the city of Cusco, where you will be transferred to your hotel for the overnight stay.

Day 09: Cusco City Tour
After arriving in Cusco from the Route of the Sun, you will check in at the hotel to leave your luggage and take some time to rest before beginning the day’s activities.
In the afternoon, the tour begins through the imperial city of Cusco, the former capital of the Tahuantinsuyo and one of the most historically significant cities in the Americas. The visit starts in the historic center with a walk around the Main Square, surrounded by colonial mansions built on Inca foundations, the Cusco Cathedral, and the Church of the Society of Jesus.
Next, you will visit Qorikancha, the most important temple of the Inca Empire, dedicated to the worship of the sun. Its walls were once covered in gold, and the Spanish later built the Santo Domingo Convent on top of its Inca walls.
Afterward, the tour continues to the outskirts of the city to visit the archaeological complexes of Sacsayhuamán, an impressive fortress built with stone blocks weighing up to 90 tons; Qenqo, a ceremonial sanctuary carved directly into the rock; Puca Pucara, a group of military and resting structures; and finally Tambomachay, known as the Inca Baths for its perfectly designed water channels that continue to flow to this day.
At the end of the tour, you will return to the hotel for the overnight stay.

Day 10: Cusco hotel - Sacred Valley - Aguas Calientes
In the morning, the tour begins through the Sacred Valley of the Incas, starting in the town of Chinchero, where local communities keep alive ancestral weaving techniques passed down from generation to generation.
From there, the journey continues to Moray, an enigmatic archaeological complex made up of concentric circular terraces that the Incas used as an agricultural laboratory to experiment with different crops at varying altitudes.
Afterward, you will visit the Maras Salt Mines, a collection of thousands of salt extraction ponds set into the mountainside, used since pre-Inca times and still in operation today. Next, there will be a stop for lunch in the Urubamba Valley before continuing to Ollantaytambo, a town that still preserves its original Inca urban layout in its streets and water channels, as well as its impressive fortress built with enormous stone blocks transported from the surrounding mountains.
In the late afternoon, you will board the train from Ollantaytambo Station to Aguas Calientes, where you will meet with your guide to coordinate the visit for the following day.

Day 11: Aguas Calientes - Machu Picchu - Cusco.
After breakfast at the hotel, you will board the bus that ascends in a zigzag route toward the citadel of Machu Picchu, the 15th-century Inca sanctuary considered one of the most extraordinary constructions in human history.
Upon arrival at the entrance, your guide will lead you through the main areas of the site, including the Temple of the Sun, the Temple of the Three Windows, the Intihuatana, and the extensive agricultural terraces that descend along the mountainside. During the tour, there will be time to take photos of each of the areas visited.
Those with the additional ticket will have the option to climb Huayna Picchu, the iconic mountain that appears behind the citadel, from where you can enjoy a privileged view of the entire archaeological complex. This entrance is optional and has an additional cost of USD 75.
At the end of the visit, you will descend by bus back to Aguas Calientes, where you will have free time to have lunch on your own before heading to the station to board the return train to Ollantaytambo and continue by tourist transportation to Cusco.

Day 12: Inti Raymi - Cusco.
On this day, you will have the opportunity to experience Inti Raymi, the most important Festival of the Sun in the Andean world and one of the most impressive cultural celebrations in all of Latin America.
The ceremony takes place in three different locations within the city of Cusco: it begins at Qorikancha, continues through the Main Square, and culminates on the esplanade of Sacsayhuamán, where hundreds of actors recreate in great detail the rituals that the Incas dedicated to the Sun God.
The performance brings together dances, chants, traditional costumes, and a large-scale staging that transports visitors directly back to the splendor of the Tahuantinsuyo. It is a unique cultural experience lived with an intensity that is difficult to find in any other destination in the world.

Day 13: Rainbow Mountain - Cusco.
Early in the morning, the transfer begins from Cusco to the starting point of the trail that leads to Rainbow Mountain, also known as Vinicunca, located at more than 16,400 feet above sea level.
During the hike, you will pass through open highland landscapes, mountain streams, and farming communities that preserve their traditional way of life. Upon reaching the summit, one of the most breathtaking landscapes in the country is revealed: a mountain whose slopes display colorful stripes ranging from red to green, yellow to purple, and turquoise, the result of the mineral composition of its soils and geological processes that took place over millions of years.
For those who prefer to avoid the hike, there is an option to complete part of the route on horseback up to the area near the summit. Once at the top, there will be time to take photos of the scenery and enjoy views of the surrounding snow-capped mountains before beginning the descent and returning to Cusco.

Day 14: Humantay Lake
Early in the morning, you will depart from Cusco toward the community of Soraypampa, the starting point of the trail that leads to Humantay Lake.
During the approximately one-and-a-half-hour hike, you will ascend along a mountain path surrounded by high-altitude landscapes, with views of the snow-capped Humantay Mountain and the surrounding mountain range. Upon reaching the shore of the lake, the scenery reveals a beauty that few words can describe: a body of water in turquoise and emerald-green tones, framed by glaciers and rocky walls that rise directly from the surface of the lake.
For the inhabitants of the local communities, this lake holds deep spiritual meaning and has been considered a sacred place since ancient times. After enjoying the landscape and taking photos of the site, you will begin the descent back to Soraypampa for lunch before returning to Cusco.
In the evening, you will be transferred to the airport to board your overnight flight to Lima.

Day 15: Lima City Tour
After arriving in Lima in the early morning hours, you will be transferred to the hotel to leave your luggage and rest briefly before beginning the tour of the Peruvian capital.
The city tour begins in the district of Miraflores, the modern heart of the city, where you can admire the impressive cliffs that border the Pacific Ocean coastline. Afterward, you will visit the Historic Center of Lima, where you will explore the Main Square, the Basilica Cathedral, the Government Palace, and the main colonial mansions and balconies that characterize the city’s architecture.
The visit continues to the district of San Isidro and the Park of Love, as well as the Convent of San Francisco, famous for its underground catacombs that hold the remains of thousands of people from the colonial era.
At the end of the tour, you will have free time for lunch and last-minute shopping before being transferred to Jorge Chávez International Airport to board your return flight home, taking with you the memories of a journey through one of the most fascinating destinations in the world.
